Yes we do offer some of our items in a gluten free and/or vegan options. Please contact us directly for any special dietary inquiries. 

Each order is custom crafted just for you. As such, we require at least 1 week prior notice depending upon order size. Some orders may require more advance notice than others. Delivery date/time will be agreed upon by both Rise Phoenix Rise Bakery and the Customer before the 20% initial payment is requested.

We allow a change period of 24 hours after the initial order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate changes but final decisions on changes are made on a case by case basis and may impact previously agreed upon delivery date.

No - we can custom create any cookie, cake, or cupcake. We are more than happy to consult on flavors, decorations, themes, and any other custom needs you have. Our sole goal is to BAKE you happy!

We are located in Durham, NC. and do offer local delivery to the following areas: Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Morrisville, Cary, Raleigh, Apex, Holly Springs, and Garner. 

YES! Domestic shipping options are available and paid by the customer.  Overnight shipping is required to ensure optimal freshness upon delivery. At this time, we do not offer shipping for custom cakes. 

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping rates established on the order page may change once the order is finalized between the customer and the bakery.

We are a home based business and do not have a store front at this time.
